The Pre-Natal Breathing channels, breathing while in the mother's womb still exists after we are born.

Infant-Baby Breathing, the first breathing we do upon birth, uses the diaphragm to utilize 100% of lung capacity.

Our normal daily Post-Natal breathing only uses 50% of our lung's capacity.

The Five Horizontals and Five Verticals are used to align the posture for optimum efficacy.

Body, Mind and Spirit are all used during DanTien Deep Breathing.
